Team Academy, Jyväskylä, Finland - The Future of Education

When I made my travel plans for visiting my business partners in middle Finland, I didn't expect to be witness of a very special ceremony, under the patronage of the old change management gurus Peter Senge and Arie de Geus (Peter sent a video message, the living legend Arie was present). I had the honour of being invited to the 15th aniversary of the Team Academy in Jyväskylä, an institution that has proven that learning without teachers, without classrooms and without exams is not an idealistic dream but a realistc option for 21st century education.
