World Café on Leadership in Change

The afternoon turned out to be an interesting lesson for me. I went to the Dresden suburb of Hellerau, where a Café on Change and Leadership took place. Beside meeting a bunch of very interesting people I used the opportunity to reflect on my present leadership position in the Change Facilitation Associates Network (CFAN).
