Greetings from Portland, Oregon, where Peggy Holman, Gilbert Brenson-Lazan and myself are holding a workshop on Change Management. My first training workshop in the US and it seems to be a great one! More...

  1. Holger, thanks for mentioning Nexustentialism. At the Nexus for Change conference - http://www.nexusforchange.com - Steve Cady used the word in jest. I woke the next morning realizing we should take the term seriously as a perfect description for our work.

    Nexus means
    1. A means of connection; a link or tie
    2. A connected series or group.
    3. The core or center

Think about what the practices we use do - they being together the many differing strands of a system and weave them together to form new centers.

Our work creates new nexuses (nexi?).

And so at the Nexus for Change, we birthed Nexustenialism.
