Understanding Complexity

One of the main areas of attraction for change facilitators is complexity science, or chaos theory. Although the implication of that for organization has been expressed already for a while, the issue became popular, when Peter Senge, the pop-star of organizational learning of the nineties wrote about Systems Thinking in his famous book The Fifth Discipline.
